After showing a great interest to start up our Advanced Program again, Betty decided to run another 8 sessions, each Thursday at Willoughby soccer field. We are more than satisfied with the work and improvement of all the players participating in our program. Also we wish to thank all the parents who support their kids to attend all of the sessions.

On Sunday, April 18th on the Willoughby Elementary School soccer field, we held our third annual soccer tournament. With a nice turnout, we had a fun and enjoyfull day of soccer in the beautiful weather. Thank you to everyone that joined us.

Langley Montessori Elementary School is the newest member of our After School Soccer Program. We wish them a nice welcome, and hope they will enjoy their 8 sessions of great soccer.

The first set of our ten sessions in all four schools has finished. Our next ten sessions will begin in February 2010.

LOCHIEL WINTER SOCCER CAMP, will be held Dec. 14th untill December 18th each day from 9am to 1pm. The practices will be based on fun drills that improve technique and precision of the players. Limited space available.

After an invitation from a participant of Ligue 1(French 1st Division), our technical coordinator Tihomir Borojevic will visit Stade Rennais training camp from 25th of November untill December 2nd. This opprotunity will be used to base a better cooperation between our school and the well known French club. We will also observe their youth development school as well as try to arrange friendly games in the near future.

We wish to inform all parents and students from all four schools that the registration for our school soccer programs are completed. We also wish all the participants a fun and enjoyable season with Tempo Football School.

Tempo Football School wishes to inform you that the registration for our First Steps and After School programs at Dorothy Peacock, Gordon Greenwood, Lochiel and Willoughby Elementary School is currently taking place. Our coaching staff, Betty Ann Casey and Aleksandar are ready for an enjoyable, developing and fun experience with the participants.

During the month of June in 2009, in the city Vrbovec of Croatia, Tihomir and Aleksandar Borojevic successfully finished their plan and program to recieve a UEFA – A license. This is the final step before the both of them go to the course to recieve the highest rank in soccer education, the UEFA – Pro license. During the stay at the camp, along with new knowledge, listening to many presentors, new friendships have been made, especially with Mr. Josip Weber, former Belgian National player, and three time top goal scorer in the Belgium Jupiter League, and Mr. Srdjan Mladinic, former Croatian National,  NK Hajduk and NK Dinamo Zagreb player.

Tempo Football School would like to announce another coaching staff member and development coach, Betty Ann Casey. Betty, who is currently playing for the Vancouver Whitecaps, is the newest addition to our advanced programs. More about Betty you can find on this link Betty Ann Casey.
